These terms apply to purchases made through bike24outlet.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the version of the terms shown at the time of checkout.

Product pages show the key item details, images, price, available variants, and stock status. Availability may change while a customer is browsing or before payment is completed.

If an ordered item is unavailable, we may cancel the affected item, refund the payment for it, or contact the customer to agree on a replacement.

A customer submits an order by completing checkout and confirming payment. The order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order.

The sales contract is formed when the order is accepted and prepared for fulfilment. We may reject or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock errors, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions.

Returned items should be unused, complete, and packaged securely unless the return concerns a defective or incorrect item.
