Right to cancel

If the order has not yet been processed for dispatch, contact [email protected] with the order number and cancellation request.

If cancellation is possible, we will stop fulfilment and refund the payment using the original payment method.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, customers may notify us within the applicable withdrawal period after receiving the goods.

The customer should return the goods complete, unused, and safely packaged. We may deduct loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Some items may be excluded from cancellation or return where legally permitted, including personalised products, sealed hygiene items after opening, or products clearly used beyond inspection.
